Change Management

Our team prides in working closely with the functional teams in Organisations to identify the case for change, develop & execute change initiatives which include among others; communication, advocacy & training strategy to compel all stakeholders to adopt (Buy-In) the organisational changes.

We use the A.D.K.A.R© Model from PROSCI which is mainly intended to be a coaching and change management tool to help and assist employees through the change process within organizations.

Team Building

Our engagements bring  individuals  together to practice the key skills needed to address the inevitable challenges that arise in a team, most notably communication, conflict management, appreciation of individual differences and views. Throughout the engagement, participants practice skills such as: 

• supporting team development through its formation stages

• constructive communication,

• trust and mutual accountability

• conflict resolution

• appreciation of individual differences and roles within a team
