BLENDA NAKAZZI MWOGEZA-CIPD, CHRBP
Blenda is a Talent and Organisational Development specialist with 13 years experience in developing and implementing talent development strategies including program design and development, leadership development, implementing learning and knowledge management systems and use of learning experience platforms and an experienced change management practitioner.
SHARON TUMUSIIME
Sharon's career spans over 18 years in Human Resources with expertise in Change management & Organisational Development.
She has worked with top institutions including Maersk, Damco and Business Network International (BNI) at a senior level in the area of training, leadership development, team building, coaching and Mentoring.
JENNIPHER NYAKWERA
Jennipher's career spans over 25 years of change management experience & Public Relations. She is an IFC/ World Bank Trainer and has worked with government and private organisations including Uganda Revenue Authority, World Bank Uganda, MTN Uganda, Ministry of Local Government, Business Network International (BNI) Uganda among others.
Jennipher has extensive experience in public engagement, experiential marketing, events management and change management including training, leadership development, mentoring & coaching, corporate communications.
DAVID LAMBERT TUMWESIGYE
David has over 20 years’ management experience in both private and public sector. He is a social protection specialist with strong policy analysis, advocacy and influencing skills that have been critical to the evolution of Uganda's social protection system over the past decade. Between 2007 and 2010, he spearheaded NSSF Uganda's corporate strategy and performance management reforms including coaching and mentoring . In 2008, David co-founded The 360 Network – an initiative designed to support young business and corporate professionals enhance their learning, personal branding and networking skills.
